CONTRACTS/GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR II
Salary range - $40,321 - $59,793 per year

This is professional and administrative work assisting in initiating, coordinating, and/or administering assigned programs or projects involving public sector procurements and/or contract, grant administration.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:  Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in public or business administration or other field closely related to area of assignment; two (2) years of experience in a staff or administrative capacity developing, managing, coordinating, monitoring and/or evaluating contracts, grants; or any equivalent combination of relevant training and experience.

NOTE:  Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:  Social service contracting, Homeless systems of care, Public or subsidized housing, Housing and Urban Development Regulations; Familiarity with HUD Annual Performance Reports/Annual Homeless Assessment Report/Housing Inventory Chart; Familiarity with Outcome/Performance Based/Quality Improvement contracting processes; and Familiarity with OMB circulars A-87 and A-133.

    Seeking a commercial/film editor for an established Wedding Company/Advertisement Firm. Prior experience with designing commercials, corporate industrials and wedding type (or cinematic stylized pieces) media are suggested but not required (Sound or Music Editor, designing music a MUST, along with being able to create a cinematic piece that is a tearjerker one minute and reflective the next). (90% of our music is symphonic, classical or orchestra music; must have a competent understanding with this type of sound editing) This is a contract job not employment.
