· SCOPE: The College is releasing this RFP with the intent to receive proposals from qualified reinsurance providers in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications of this RFP, ultimately entering into a contract with the awarded firm for reinsurance coverage for the College's self-funded health plan. Proposals must achieve the following objectives:
o Minimize the cost of the reinsurance policy.
o Consider stop loss levels of $250,000, $275,000 and $300,000
o Obtain coverage from a financially secure reinsurer.
o Maintain timely and efficient claim reimbursement.
o Consider Aggregate reinsurance proposals.
