New Laws dealing with project labor agreements
 
Get ready to deal with efforts by organized labor to impose more project labor agreements on local public works projects.

The Governor has signed the following two bills, opposed by AGC, which could provide an incentive for local agencies to enter into project labor agreements on a project-by-project basis effective January 1, 2012.
