Welcome to the website for the Maryland/District of Columbia Minority Supplier Development Council, one of the 36 regional councils of the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). For more than 34 years, we have been serving as the vital link between our corporate members and our certified minority business enterprises (MBEs) for the purpose of increasing procurement and business development opportunities. We certify minority-owned businesses headquartered in Maryland and the District of Columbia.
